How do you remove an unknown app in the most used section of the screen time activity on an iPhone XS?
I’m trying to limit the amount of time that I use on my iPhone, but it’s difficult to manage when my iPhone shows me that I’m using apps and websites that I don’t use during times that I’m checking the weather or setting an alarm.
iPhone XR, iOS 13
while you cannot delete the app from the screen time you can delete the app from your device. do a search on your device to serif it will show up by swiping down from the middle of the screen.
does anyone have access to your phone? Could it have been downloaded and then deleted? try signing out of your Apple ID and back in.

I haven’t ever used the Amazon - Shopping Made Easy App.
I’ve just searched for it and it doesn’t pop up
I just reset all of the settings on my iPhone and it seems to have worked at least for now. If the problem pops up again, I’ll try that.
