Should I be scared of there being potential malware/viruses/etc on my Mac and iPhone even though I have not experienced any symptoms of potential malware/viruses/etc?

By the ways:

My iPhone is a iPhone 6 that is running IOS 12.4.7(Which is the latest supported version for the iPhone 6 because they will not support iOS 13)

My Mac is on latest software (macOS Catalina)

A non-jailbroken phone cannot get hacked, virus, or malware. You have the latest update for your computer. With careful use, you will not get any problems there either.

Alright.

I did factory reset my Phone a couple times without restoring any backups. That should garuntee my phone being all right, correct? (my phone is not jailbroken)
