I have plugged in the desktop wire to the Apple Mouse. How long dies it take to charge?

I monitor the battery strength in my Magic Mouse 2 via the bluetooth menu extras icon. When it drops low enough to motivate a recharge, I connect it to the charger before I go to bed, and have a fully charged mouse first thing in the morning. Otherwise, it will take over two hours to fully charge.
