There are pointers with numbers to the left of the each menu item.

Hello to all. Some time ago, pointers with a serial number to the left of each menu item began to appear on me. I would like to figure out how to remove it. I have a MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017) with Mac OS Catalina 10.15.4 (19E266).
