Cross dissolve suddenly missing

I recently went to apply a simple cross dissolve transition and cross dissolve no longer appears in my transitions panel. It doesn't appear under All, Dissolves or when I do a search. The only transitions in the Dissolve folder are Divide and Flow. I assume I accidentally deleted Cross Dissolve and the other one (can't remember the name) but is there a way to get them back?

For what it's worth I'm working with the 90-day trial version of Final Cut Pro X.
