Try to force restart you iPhone. Here’s how to do so: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
If it doesn’t work, I would suspect a problem with the on/off button and recommend you to contact apple directly as this is a user-to-user community. You can do so with the « contact support » in the upper right corner.
