Songs have disappeared from my itunes library
Last month, only the songs I purchased from the itunes store remained. I've tried everything - reauhorizing my computer, etc. Nothing will let me restore hundreds of songs!

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities, and we understand the concern when music is not appearing. We'll do what we can to get them added again.
First, if you have Apple Music or iTunes Match, make sure Sync Library is enabled: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music
If you don't have those memberships, you'll need to sync over the content from the computer: Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer
