Apple Watch not responding to force restart

We have an Apple Watch 3 Series, we were out on the boat yesterday and it just stopped working. Brought it home, put on charger and you get a little vibration. Tried to do a force restart and it is not responding. We do not have the box and are unable to locate the serial number...
