AirPod case won’t detect left AirPod

So I purchased the Wireless charging case AirPods last November, and just today, I tried to play some music and the left AirPod would just not play a sound. I disconnected them from my IOS device, and even “forgot the device” and tried resyncing my AirPods and NOTHING. I’ve started to have issues with them recently, especially trying to watch YouTube or listen to music, they start to glitch and have horrible audio delays, I’ve cleaned them all the time and they still act up. I haven’t used my AirPods this day and I always charge them at night. I’m starting to think this is a batter issue and a defect. Any suggestions on what to do? Will I get these replaced?

Hello,

Check the charging case, where the AirPod fits in, for lint or other debris:

If your AirPods won’t charge

Good luck.
