Apple Pay refund not showing

Hello. A refund was placed from John Lewis into my Apple Pay account and I cannot see the transaction and it has not appeared in my bank account. The refund was placed 5th June. I have contacted John Lewis twice and they have assured me that the credit was placed. Please can you advise. Thank you.

Apple Pay refund I bought something using Apple Pay and they said I was going to get a refund. It has been over a week and I still have not received this refund. I contacted the merchant and they said it was an issue on Apple Pay and not their end.
