Apple pay

i payed with Apple Pay on pretty little thing and apparently Apple Pay change the last 4 digits of your long card number for security purposes, I was supposed to have a refund after sending the items back and I haven’t received my refund 2 weeks later. I’ve taken this up with pretty little thing who have confirmed that they have processed the refund however it’s still not showing in my bank account can you assist with this please?
