How can I check if my phone has apps that has been downloaded on my phone without me knowing?

Hmmmm....well I guess you look at what's on your phone and see if there's anything there you don't remember downloading. No-one can download anything to your phone unless they actually have it in their hands.
Highly unlikely. Do you have any evidence that this is actually happening?
So I have a friend that has an app that he put on my phone before that records my phone calls and stores my texts. He can see everything from his phone. I don’t know the name of the app. But I know there’s a way to take it off my phone I just don’t know what to look for. Can u help me please
He’s showed me and told me from his phone but never told what the app was called.
