BLACKED-OUT PHOTOS, NEED HELP RECOVERING!

Greyed out pics in camera roll (has cloud next to it). Want to recover!

Can someone please help me with this? I found various threads about this but nothing is helping. I have recently ran out of storage on my phone and proceeded to delete many things. In the process, I played around with ICloud then somehow ended up missing many pictures in my Iphone’s gallery. At first I thought it was a glitch so I deleted many black boxed pictures but I think that exacerbated the situation. Not only can I not see these photos, but now I deleted a bunch which i cannot get back in case I am able to fix this. Note: I have tried everything from restarting my phone to restoring files and third party softwares. Nothing helped me. I really need these irreplaceable photos back, so I would appreciate some help here.

TL;DR: How to restore black photos (shown in attachment below) back to original along with ones I manually deleted after I messed around with ICloud. These pictures only appear fully black and cannot be uploaded anywhere. I think I interrupted the syncing process and deleted some therefore they got corrupted.

iPhone 6s, iOS 13

Hi MadHatter00,

Thanks for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand that while attempting to clear out some storage on your device some photos were deleted and some seem to be missing and you'd like to try and restore them. We see that you've taken some steps to try and recover the photos, we appreciate you including that information. We'd recommend starting with any steps you may not have tried in this resource: Get help with missing photos

We'd also suggest checking iCloud.com to see if the missing photos appear. If so, using the steps to enable iCloud Photos in the resource above should restore them to your device.

If the photos aren't in iCloud, the Recently Deleted folder, or part of a backup it's likely not possible to recover them.

Best Regards.

I know all about the 101's of recovery - from something as simple & unworthy of mention such as the Recently Deleted Folder to ICloud, and they're the first and only suggestions I receive when asking about this issue I am having..I want help beyond that, because I wouldn't be asking the question if the solution was that simple. Unfortunately, recovery from ICloud doesn't include my photos.

Thanks for your reply!
