My iPhone 7 fell in water I immediately took it out within 5 seconds . I turned it off after 4 hours I switched it on and SIM card is not enabled to make calls it is searching for the network for a long time what is the solution ?

The answer is still the same. Your phone is liquid-damaged. Apple will not repair it. You may find a third-party that will but expect mixed results doing so. Your phone is also out-of-warranty.
At this point, unless you purchased an AppleCare+ plan with this phone, you would have to replace it at full cost to you.
Be prepared. This iPhone’s life expectancy is extremely short. Back up all important data and prepare to replace this iPhone very soon.

everything works perfectly except receiving cellular signal it shows no service . It tells the cellular service can’t be updated any help ?
There is no solution. Your device will soon die from the water damage.
When it does just recycle it. I can not be repaired.

miraculously the phone healed by itself, battery doesn’t drop faster , signal strength is usual as before , no heating issues everything works perfectly.
