I have an iMac (27-inch, late 2013, 14,2) I would like to use in Target Display Mode with my iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, 2019, 19,1).
Does my 2013 iMac need to be running High Sierra or will TDM work with my current Catalina installation as some people online are reporting?
Also, which cable is the appropriate? With Mini DisplayPort, thunderbolt 2 and 3, and USB C all in the mix I’m clueless as to which combination is correct.
TDM was deprecated after High Sierra. It is not an available feature in Mojave or Catalina.
