iPhone se wallet double click

i have just got a new iPhone se202y wallet is set up but when I double click on my home button when it’s locked it won’t open wallet

Congratulations on your new iPhone SE! We see that after setting it up, the Wallet does not appear as expected when double clicking the Home button. We're happy to help!


According to the information below from How to use Wallet on your iPhone, iPod touch, and Apple Watch - Apple Support, there are several reasons you may not see the Wallet/passes appear on your lock screen:


"If your pass doesn't appear on the Lock screen when you think it should, you can open Wallet and select the pass to scan it. A pass won't appear for these reasons:


  • Location Services is off.
  • The Suggest on Lock Screen feature is turned off for that pass.
  • The merchant doesn't support this feature."


Based on that, we would recommend verifying Location Services is enabled: Turn Location Services and GPS on or off on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support and that you have appropriate settings for the pass(es) in question using the above article.
