Siri is no longer reading my texts

Hi, any idea why Siri is not reading my text messages? I checked and I have all the options available and she used to do it.

iPhone 11, iOS 13

Hi! Thank you for your answer. I already tried all the steps and nothing, actually I just noticed that Siri is not answering me at all, I ask her things and she shows me in the screen the answer to what I ask, but you can’t hear anything 🙁
