You can't merge Apple IDs.

I for got my Apple ID and created a new Apple account but cant get my contacts etc from old Icloud , is there any way I can get that moved to my new icloud account I forgot my apple ID and had to created a new one ane now I can't get my contacts to my new ID cause I don't know my old one to have it moved, is there any way possible to get it ,I'm not sure if my contacts, notes etc are on iOS or where.
