Broken screen and using pencil not from Apple

Hey! I have a chineese pencil Devia that looks like an Apple Pencil but it doesn't use Bloototh. So, i tried it on my iPad 2018 (6th-gen) and got some problems. Pencil can't work vertically (90*) and when i touch the screen, the painted point, for example, is not in the right place under the kernel of pencil but is on the left. Moreover, if i try to draw something keeping it vertically, the drawing clears itself. I know that it's not the Apple Pencil but my friends don't have that problems on their iPads. So, the question is: Can the problem be because of the broken screen? i've dropped my iPad accidentally and the screen cracked. BUT It works perfectly with fingers.

By the way, that Devia pencil works perfectly and accurately on my smartphone.

Hello! This is not the question about knockoff products, this is about iPad and it's ability to work correctly when the screen is a little bit cracked. Maybe with the Apple Pencil there'll be the same problem, who knows...

Even broken, iPad works very good if i use fingers, but can the breakage stop the pencil from working good?

Thank you!
