I accidentally deleted one of my Messages it contains messages for the past five years and I need to get it back can you please help me thank you

IF you have not activated iCloud Messages, and IF the messages are included in your backup, you can restore your backup to get them back. You will lose any data added since the date/time of that backup.

The only way you may be able to do that is by recovering your phone to a earlier backup
