I have an iPhone 11pro with update 13.5.1 and my battery is draining from background use from my music app. I have attached a picture to show. I haven’t played any music in past 24 hours. I have turned off all background app refresh too! Come on Apple please fix the problem.

So today my music app only shows 2% battery usage. What may have changed, I had playlists that were in the cloud that I couldn’t download. The wheel kept spinning and spinning. So I deleted some of those playlists. But today I was able to download the remaining playlists quickly. So not sure if that was my issue. But it seems to be ok now.
Having exactly same issue. Think I’ll delete an give Spotify a try
