I have all zoom features turned off and still the iPad zooms when triple clicking the same number (eg 333) on a keypad. Using a program in chrome 83.0.4103.88 . Does anyone know how to turn this feature off? Thanks

I am using a program that requires the use of an onscreen keypad. If I tap on the number 222 it zooms in instead of registering the number 222. I have gone to settings - accessibility - zoom and turn all features off but it continues to zoom. How do you turn the triple tap zoom off?
