DEAD SE

phone is dead. charging icon comes on for brief moment when I reset, then goes black. Phone will not charge. New battery installed 2 weeks ago.

If you continue having problems, take it back to the shop that installed the battery. Apple won't touch it now that it's been tampered with by an unauthorized party and non-Apple parts have been installed.

Battery Plus store did the install. Since I asked this question the phone started charging again without me doing anything, now I’m not sure if I have a problem or not. It now has a charge of 95 percent so I guess I will just wait and see if it happens again.
