how to retrieve erased iphone without icloud

the data and information have been erased from my Iphone XR which was sharing the mentioned apple ID. I did not backup through my Icloud and would need to restore them urgently.

If you didn't back it up to either iCloud or a computer, the data is gone. There is no place to restore the data from.
