"Bin"? This isn't a term Apple uses. The word should be Trash. Though this is likely specific by country. There are lots of examples of Bin online being used with this dialogue.
You have ton of adware installed, and the both horribly useless and OS damaging CleanMyMac.
After doing these steps, post a new EtreCheck report.

Makes sense. Use a term that's common to the region. Like boot and bonnet rather than trunk and hood.

And after doing the Etrecheck again, I only see one item tagged as "probably adware".
The rest are gone.
