So I recently lost an old iPhone and had to get a new number and everything. I had 2 factor authentication on on my old phone So now I can’t get into my old iCloud because I lost the number I used. Is there any way to get my old iCloud back?

If you don’t have another device that is also already signed into your Apple ID you will need to do account recovery by going to iforgot.apple.com. Two factor authentication requires you to have access to the trusted number and device which you do not. Good luck! Account recovery can take anywhere from a few days to several days depending on the information you provide.

Whenever you sign in with your Apple ID on a new device or browser, you'll confirm your identity with your password plus a six-digit verification code. There are a few ways you can get a verification code. You can use the code displayed on your trusted device, get a text or phone call, or generate a code from your trusted device [see the additional information in the article].
A trusted device is an iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch with iOS 9 and later or a Mac with OS X El Capitan and later that you've already signed into using two-factor authentication.
