How do I get a refund?
I accidentally bought the $99.99 gold bars pack. I meant to buy the $1.99 one! We are not able to afford it! I requested a refund twice and it was denied! I love playing games, but only buy small amounts at a time especially during our struggle with this pandemic. How can I get my money refunded minus the $1.99 gold bars purchased. This is horribly upsetting. I wish Apple had helped me.
