I need to request a refund; I can’t do it from my phone; can I talk to someone in I tunes support?

I was charged individually for games I purchased thru The game Coin Master over serval days in August 2020. The total was $60.95. After being charged individually, I was then charged for the total of 60.95; This means I’ve paid twice for the games. I need my $60.95 that you charged me refunded immediately, because you’ve already charged me individually for the games. This charge took place on August 12, 2020, After I was charged individually.

If both sets are 'proper' charges (e.g. one aren't just temporary holds) contact iTunes Support : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on ‘Get support’)
