Assuming you've got a compatible Roku device, check here, I think you just need to download the Apple TV channel to your Roku player from the Roku channel store. More info about the Apple TV App here.

And about Roku and Apple TV here.

Also might try streaming via AirPlay from your iPad to your TV if it is airplay compatible smart TV.
