refund a subscribtiom

my kids bought the bookful app which is $65 annually but I can’t pay this amount for the app these days and I’m requesting a refund.

iPad 2, iOS 9

You need to cancel the subscription: See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


and then request a refund directly to iTunes Support: https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
