How can I delete apps in family sharing

Hi I am stuck on how to delete my apps while I’m in family sharing mode but it does not seem to work when I ask the organizer to try and give me access what should I do?

I’ve tried to delete apps on a Family Share member’s (my child) device because they don’t use the apps any longer. I’ve selected the app on their device it ask if I want to remove the app but doesn’t give an option to completely delete the app. The apps are wasting iCloud space and the device space. This app is no longer shared with you I recently turned off Family Sharing and now a lot of my apps say "This app is no longer shared with you", so I go to the App Store to purchase them again, but the only option is "Update", which forces me to uninstall the apps completely. Is there a way I can use the apps without uninstalling them?

how do i permanently delete an app from family sharing? how do i permanently delete an app from family sharing? I've tried everything, but when I go to the app store the app is still registering even though I have removed it.

If there are Screen Time restrictions, see if the organizer will temporarily turn off the restrictions so you can delete the apps.
