family share organizer delete a member’s apps

I’m a Family Share account organizer (parent) & need to free up space in our account. I’ve tried to delete apps on a Family Share member’s (my child) device because they don’t use the apps any longer. I’ve selected the app on their device it ask if I want to remove the app but doesn’t give an option to completely delete the app. The apps are wasting iCloud space and the device space.

Please help me delete their apps and all it’s and the apps’’ contents.
