My iPhone is water damaged, and I want to get the photos & videos that weren't backed up onto my new phone or laptop My iphone x is completely water damaged, but i wanted to get all the photos & videos that werent backed up onto my new phone 11 or laptop, does anyone know how? the phone is still on but the whole screen is green so i cant unlock the phone. Unless you backed up the damaged iPad to iCloud or iTunes, there is no way to transfer files off of an iPad if you cannot turn it on and access it.

If you had a backup made prior to the damage you can use that to restore the other iPad.
