icloud settings out of date

received message iCloud settings out of date. Updated windows outlook passwords for iCloud. Still receive this message. how do I correct it?

From our understanding, it sounds like you’re receiving an alert that your iCloud settings are out-of-date on your PC. We’d be happy to take a look at this with you!


Depending on whether or not you have iCloud for Windows installed, you may need to use an app-specific password for Outlook. You can read more about that at: Using app-specific passwords - Apple Support
