Been trying to set up my voicemail and I can’t get anything. I will receive calls but when someone leave a voicemail nothing. I need help.

You'll need to contact your cell phone provider voicemail is there feature.
That’s the thing they can’t figured out the problem. They helped me set up my voicemail but I can’t received any voicemail messages when someone leave me one.
How do you know someone has left you a voicemail?
You will need to call them back and speak to someone higher up.
