I’ve forgotten screen time passcode And it dosent allow me to delete apps or anything and need to delete apps because they keep crashing and can no longer use them what do I do

If you don’t have iOS 13.4 or later, once forgetting the screen time passcode, you must erase the iPhone and set it up as new.
