Ipad is disabled
my Ipad blacked out on me and now it wont take my thumbprint or manual passcode. I don't have a computer and never hooked it up to Itunes.

If you iPad is disabled, or you have forgotten your iPad passcode, you’ll need to follow this process:

You’ll need access to either a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of MacOS). If the iPad is disabled, use of a PC/Mac cannot be avoided, but computer does need to be yours. A friend or family member may be able to assist - or alternatively, you might visit the Genius Bar at an Apple Store.
You’ll also need your AppleID and associated password. If these have also been forgotten, they can be recovered here:

Unless you AppleID account has not been fully/correctly configured, or has been seriously neglected, recovery of the AppleID and password should not be difficult.
