LInking my iPhone 11 Pro to PC WIndows 10-64 bit

Hello,

Ik want to connect my iPhone 11 Pro to my new PC with Windows 10-64bit.

If I establish the connection and I trust my PC, I can see my Apple Mobile Device under "USB-devices".

But under "Portable devices", I see MTP USP-device with a yellow mark (driver is not loaded), in stead of Apple iPhone.

But what I don't see in iTunes, is my iPhone.

I tried other USB-ports, another cable, I uninstalled my antivirus, but nothing helps.

I uninstalled the MTP USB-device and reinstalled it, I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, but nothing helps.

I disconnected all my USB-ports, and I connected only my iPhone, but no iPhone in m iTunes.

I called Apple Support and Microsoft Support. But they both are shooting to one another, but no one of them comes to me with a solution.

Is there someone who can help me, please?

Thank you.

For what purpose are you trying to connect it?
