Activity Backup
I’m getting a new Apple Watch and I don’t want to lose all my awards and history in activity, is there a backup I can do? Or is it all attached to the watch?

Yes, your phone automatically backs up your watch to your phone when you unpair it. However, if you're concerned about losing your awards and history, I recommend you sync your health data to iCloud. In Settings > Your name > iCloud, make sure the Health app is toggled on.
