Facetime

i have a iPhone & iPad and when I Facetime with family the call comes in on the iPhone & iPad so I can get it from either device. Now a new friend is trying to FaceTime me using her laptop and the call only shows up on the iPhone & not on the iPad. Anyone know why or what I need to do so I can get it to come through the iPad?

Thank you for any advice you can give me.

iPad, iOS 10

Hello,

Is your friend calling your phone number or your Apple ID?

You can view your “You can be reached by FaceTime at:” in Settings > FaceTime. Please verify that they are calling a number or address that is listed in this pane.
