cant number sync with my iphone 11pro at all. have tried talking to att and had my iphone and iwatch both rest and nothing works. I am paying for the service but keep saying its a apple software issue. since everything on there end is up and working. at&t number sync iwatch 5 wont work error code EAPS360003
