searching photos on icloud.com

I want to search my photos my date or Moments by month or year and I can move the down or up but cannot find the place to input the year I want and avoid all the scrolling. I am working on Icloud.com on a windows computer. My photos are initially obtained and reside on my iphone x

Search functions via iCloud.com is somewhat limited in my opinion versus doing it on the iPhone.
