It takes a couples steps to remove it, this is the apple link for that particular thing, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT203282,

The steps are as follows:

To remove a public Beta:

  1. Go to Settings > General, and tap Profiles & Device Management.
  2. Tap the iOS Beta Software Profile.
  3. Tap Remove Profile, then restart your device.

Removing a developer beta is a bit trickier

To remove a Developer Beta:

  1. Make sure your Mac has the latest version of macOS or the latest version of iTunes.
  2. Connect your device to your computer, then put your device in recovery mode with these steps:
    • On an iPad with Face ID: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Press and hold the Top button until your device begins to restart. Continue holding the Top button until your device goes into recovery mode.
    • For iPhone 8 or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.
    • For iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, or iPod touch (7th generation): Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Volume Down buttons at the same time. Don't release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. Continue to hold both buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
    • For iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad with Home button, or iPod touch (6th generation or earlier): Press and hold the Sleep/Wake and Home buttons at the same time. Don't release the buttons when you see the Apple logo. Continue to hold both buttons until you see the recovery mode screen.
  1. Click the Restore option when it appears. This erases your device and installs the current non-beta version of iOS.
  2. Wait for the restore to finish. If asked, enter your Apple ID and password, which disables Activation Lock. If the restore process won't finish, learn what to do.

Deleting the profile does not delete the beta. To downgrade to iOS 13.6 you must do one of the following

  • Erase your phone to factory defaults and set up the phone as new OR use your backup from before you upgraded. This means you will lose data and any other backups from after you joined the beta.
  • Wait until September when the public release and you can then download IOS 14, you will then not receive beta updates.

Discussing details from the beta in details as it is confidential, please remember that.

It says I have to restart my whole phone and I don’t want to do that is there a easier way

Again, you need to follow the steps in the Apple supported link I provided, whether you want to or not.

Does it show you an easier way? YOu should've thought about this before downloading beta 14 on your device.

Follow the steps in the link, there is no need to ask more questions.
