Icloud Backup Fail

I just backed up my phone, and only pictures/videos after september 2019 backed up. The rest did not. How can I backup the other ones?

If you completed an iCloud backup, and you feel like some photos are missing, this is most likely because you have iCloud Photos enabled. To verify this, you can check in Settings>Your Name>iCloud>Photos. If this setting is on, then photos are NOT included in iCloud or iTunes backups and this is by design, but they can be accessed at any time at icloud.com from any computer. Or if you have a Mac, then you can enable iCloud Photos in the Photos app and your photos will be available there also.
