iCloud backup failure

I’ve backed up my iPhone onto the iCloud but it did not save all my videos and pictures. In fact it skipped over months entirely. What can go wrong that causes something like that?

Why the Wait?

The servers at Apple are probably overwhelmed because everybody is working from home again.

Download All, then Locate:

One option would be to download all of iCloud, and then search for in on the drive you’ve just downloaded it to. You’d Open Finder - Select the Drive > Use the Search bar on the top-right corner of the screen > Type the image extensions.
