Hi, my iPhone 8 stops to deal with changing volume via Siri. Siri says "Sorry, I can't change the volume". Any ideas? I used that feature with my AirPods Pro and I liked it very much. A few days ago I returned the AirPods for service and one handset was replaced. I'm not sure if it's important because Siri says the same even when the AirPods are off. But before the service this feature was ok.

I had the same problem, but i just reset the Siri setting and it's ok now.
Go General - Siri & Search - turn off "Listen for "Hey Siri" and turn it on again and reset up or record your command. I'm currently on IOS 13.5.1
Pretty much the exact same problem is happening to me. I have an iPhone XS on 13.5.1. My AirPods 2 had issues staying connected so I “Forgot device” and Restarted my phone. I then repaired them and now all of a sudden asking Siri to change the volume she says, “Sorry I can’t change the volume.” I constantly use this feature and am very bummed it’s not working. I have no restrictions on my phone and I’ve never had any issues until now.
Ckoneck, thanks for your advice. I’ll check it in the evening and let you know. I tried to switch off and on Siri yesterday, but I didn't reset the Siri commands, so maybe... I hope it will be solution:)
It’s back at it again and completely not working this time. I restarted my phone and completely reset up hey Siri again and still nothing. Dictation works through AirPods and iPhone alone but not “Hey Siri”. I guess I’ll be brave and update to the new iOS 13.6...... wish me luck.

Turning “Listen for Hey Siri” on and off did not work for me. I reset all settings and now it works.
