Several emails go to my quarantine and there is no reason they should as I have the contact listed. I miss some important emails when they go to quarantine on my phone. I never even see them on my Mac. Help!

Why do some of my emails that I receive go to Quarantine on my phone and there should be no reason as I have these contacts listed. I miss some important emails as they go to Quarantine and if I don't look on my phone under Quarantine, I never see them on my Mac even in Junk. Any solution? I have also checked my settings.

Hello Toodles03,

It sounds like your email account has a folder named quarantine which shows on your iPhone but doesnt on your Mac. Email quarantine is not a feature of an iPhone or Mac. Some email accounts have quarantine folders which is a part of their filters. You should check the email settings on the website to effect the filter.
