Capture a screenshot of your Mac's screen: Take a screenshot on your Mac - Apple Support.

Open that file using the Preview app.

Do the lines also appear in the screenshot?

In that case they are hardware-related, and that Mac needs to be repaired. Contact Support to determine repair options. Start here: Mac Repair - Official Apple Support
