can't log in Facebook and instagram

I accidentally logged out of my Instagram and Facebook app and can no longer log in . It says "An unexpected error occured. Please try logging in again" (facebook), "sorry, there was a problem with your request" (instagram) and I am using an iPhone X

I can log in to both Facebook and Instagram through the browser on my phone, or using the apps on other phone. Even if my friend tried to log in their account using instagram apps on my phone, it didnt succeed. So i think the problem isn't my accounts.

I have tried turning my phone off, deleted the apps, changed my password, factory reset my phone, reset all settings, but none of these work. I have this problem for almost 6 months.

Can anyone help me please, i have no idea what to do. T.T
