I have issues with call. When i try to call from viber or WhatsApp any app can’t even my normal dial also cannot when calling not appearing on screen. When someone call also not appearing or not hear anything.

"Error Your device has not been fully authorized for voip by unknown error. Please, check for device authorization and retry or contact our support"

Viber & WhatsApp are not an Apple products, best you ask the app developer on their website/forum for support.
Even iPhone call also cannot hear anything.
